Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing salon and boutique team, driving guest experience and top-line sales across services and retail. You will coach stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring brand standards and compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, development, and process improvements to achieve NPS goals and guest satisfaction in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets and expenses.
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, guest experience and product attachment.
• Retail management: inventory control, operations excellence, service culture and merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
