Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will own guest experience, services and retail performance, delivering outstanding service and top-line sales growth.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, training, and development, ensuring policy compliance and brand standards while driving engagement and guest loyalty across store operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license as required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators (select locations), assistant services managers (select stores), sales managers and boutique leads to deliver top-line sales growth.
• Drive guest experience, retail and services sales, and guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.
• Plan and manage scheduling, staffing, and training to develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards and maintain a culture of accountability and guest service excellence.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law
