Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales managers. You will drive top-line sales through service excellence, manage payroll budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.

You will attract and develop diverse talent, coach for performance, and run a store that meets or exceeds NPS targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and Cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology services knowledge and guest experience focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score through service excellence.
• Oversee makeup, skincare, and boutique operations with accountability for store performance metrics.
• Develop and coach staff through training, feedback, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store operating procedures.
