Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Experience with payroll budgets, cost control, and achieving top-line sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers to drive sales and guest experience.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgeting, and staffing to meet store goals.
• Uphold store policies, training, and compliance standards.
