• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: strong services, guest experience, and product attachment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales and expense control.
• Use forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics with strategies from company programs and tools.
• Support leaders in developing and maintaining clientele and guest relationships.
• Demonstrate and coach guest services excellence to improve NPS and loyalty.
