Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will own guest experience, retail and services performance, and drive NPS through strong leadership, coaching, and brand-aligned execution.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and succession planning to ensure top-tier service, high guest satisfaction, and sustained store growth in line with APGs.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret data, manage payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: skills in services, guest experience, and product attachment.
• Retail management: monitor inventory and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Use forecast and payroll data to optimize schedules and staffing.
• Address underperforming metrics with plans and company programs.
• Support direct reports in developing clientele and coaching.
• Lead makeup, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and guest-facing product knowledge.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies.
