Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead front-line teams, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and supervise daily store operations. You will coach Shift Leaders and guest services associates, schedule and manage performance, and maintain compliance with safety and company policies.

The role requires legal qualification to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales, proficient POS operation, and strong communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience managing associates and coaching staff.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console and handle transactions.
• Familiarity with cash handling and end-of-day processes.
• Strong customer-service focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, tobacco and alcohol-sale requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates: assign tasks, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, and assist with interviews.
• Oversee store administration: ordering, delivery reports, paperwork and transfers.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience to guests from greeting to departure.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain clean, presentable dip cabinets and prep areas.
• Operate POS and gas-console accurately and securely, handling transactions and payments.
