Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage associates, assign duties, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience, and train shift leaders.
• Oversee store administration, paperwork, and delivery reports under supervision.
• Ensure signature guest experience, greet guests, and maintain store readiness.
• Operate DipSide items, ice cream/yogurt prep, and beverage service.
• Accurately process transactions, fuel/gas sales, and cash handling.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, rotate stock, and check dates.
• Maintain store security, monitor customers, and follow loss-prevention protocols.
• Keep store and equipment clean and safe; assist with maintenance tasks.
