Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate temperatures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor duties of associates, coach the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Perform store administration tasks: ordering, reports, product transfers.
• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests are greeted and assisted.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage ice cream/yogurt offerings.
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, display case, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and manage cash drops.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and temperatures; report issues.
• Accurately complete timekeeping and documentation.
