Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead front-line teams and ensure a standout guest experience. You will coach associates, handle shift leadership, and ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales regulations while maintaining store conditions.

The role requires full-time availability (37–40 hours weekly) with potential 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift assignments. Pay ranges from $14.75 to $16.75 per hour, reflecting duties and customer-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco per state laws.
• Full-time availability with 37–40 hours per week; may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates; conduct interviews; support Store Manager with staffing decisions.
• Oversee store administration including ordering, delivery reports, inventory transfer and paperwork.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience through greeting guests and ensuring excellent service and store conditions.
• Operate DipSide and other store equipment; handle POS, gas console, and transactions accurately.
