Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead a team and ensure the highest level of guest service. You will supervise associates, manage daily operations, and uphold company standards while complying with state laws for alcohol and tobacco sales.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and merchandise control in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time schedule, 37-40 hours weekly, with potential 1st–3rd shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco per state law.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff in a retail/food-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates; assign duties, monitor performance and conduct trainings.
• Oversee store operations, weekly reports, and paperwork as directed by Manager or District Supervisor.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests leave satisfied to encourage return visits.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage food preparation to quality standards.
• Operate POS terminal, gas console, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain merchandise and store appearance; ensure stock rotation and proper dating.
