Job summary

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the floor as a leader.
• Ensure every guest receives technical product education and assistance.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to oversee store operations and drive performance.
• Open/close the store according to procedures and maintain readiness.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive and productive team environment.
