You will participate in hiring, provide feedback, and help maintain an inclusive, energetic store environment. Must be able to work varied shifts and travel as needed within the store network.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates.
• Oversee daily store operations and drive sales targets.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
