Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty to meet daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring decisions, coach team members, and foster an inclusive, high-performing store environment. The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate value of our product and brand.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts to lead the floor.
• Support store hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team.
