Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading on the floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance toward daily sales targets and contribute to hiring, training, and performance coaching.

You will oversee guest interactions, provide education, and create an inclusive, high-energy environment. 1 year of retail experience and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year retail or customer experience requested (guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience and education on products.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance on the floor.
• Assist with hiring inputs, onboarding, and team development.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
• Review daily business data and motivate the team toward sales goals.
