Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to elevate in-store engagement by delivering technical product education and leading on the sales floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance, coach team members, and contribute to hiring decisions while ensuring an inclusive guest experience.

This role requires 1 year in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to supervise on duty, open/close shifts, and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate staff to hit goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment.
