Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience by delivering expert product education and leading from the floor. This role sits within the store leadership team and drives performance through guest experience and achievement of daily sales targets.

Responsibilities include supervising on duty, participating in hiring decisions, coaching and giving feedback, and ensuring operational readiness across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
• Provide ongoing product education to guests and support teammates when needed
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team
• Open and close the store per procedures
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment
