lululemon's Guest Experience Lead will oversee in-store interactions, delivering technical product education and a high‑quality guest experience. You’ll be part of the store leadership team, driving daily sales targets and supervising on duty when needed.

You’ll participate in hiring, give feedback, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment. The role requires 1 year of retail experience, willingness to lead, and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience leading, mentoring or delegating with others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate value of lululemon products.
• Assist with store readiness, open/close procedures, and daily operations.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Give direct feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on development.
