Job summary

Highgate Hotels, Residence Inn Fremont, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to provide attentive service at check-in, during the stay, and at checkout while maximizing occupancy and revenue. This role requires a courteous, efficient approach and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position is full-time and on-site in Fremont, CA, with a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for team leadership responsibilities within the Front Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk in accordance with Highgate standards.
• Operate PBX console and ensure all standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork per hotel standards.
• Maintain promotions and guest programs.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist as needed.
