Qualifications

• College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions as listed in the Red Book.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and maintain shift paperwork.
• Balance and prepare closing documents per hotel standards.
• Maintain promotions and guest programs and keep work area clean.
