Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork.
• Be familiar with hotel promotions and rates.
