Job summary

Gale Hotel Miami in Miami, FL seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, handle inquiries, and process payments while maintaining accurate records and promoting hotel services.

You will work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure rooms are ready and guests have a seamless stay. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check guests in and out.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Balance cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest rooms.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and inform management when needed.
