EAST Miami is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the Guest Experience team and deliver memorable, personalized stays. You will oversee guest registration, front desk operations, and service delivery with a focus on hospitality excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Familiarity with HMS/HotSOS/REX systems is a plus; multilingual applicants are welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; English mastery; second language a plus

Aufgaben

• Ensures efficient guest registration, check-out and telephone service.
• Observes Guest Experience Host and ensures procedures are followed per policy.
• Directs and trains front office staff; assists in new-hire training.
• Directs and assists guest experience team members and telecommunications scheduling breaks.
• Ensures all daily reports/forms are completed.
• Liaises with other departments and outside vendors to ensure service delivery.
• Handles all guest complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
