Loews Coral Gables Hotel in Coral Gables, FL seeks a warm Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in, and ensure a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

You’ll balance professionalism with hospitality, handle payments, promote hotel services, and coordinate with teams across departments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with comprehensive team benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Opera/PMS systems preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
• Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
