Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a front office
• Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management preferred or equivalent
• Able to work independently and exercise good judgment

Mansioni

• Check-in/check-out guests promptly and politely.
• Supervise Front Desk Agents as required.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and hotel standards.
• Engage VIP guests and coordinate special requests.
• Participate in daily briefings and team meetings.
