Gale Hotel Miami is seeking an enthusiastic server to welcome guests, take and relay orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. The role involves suggesting dishes and wine pairings, handling special requests, and maintaining impeccable service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the bar and kitchen, process payments, and help uphold hygiene and safety policies while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or in an entry-level restaurant role.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide friendly service throughout dining experience.
• Assist guests with food and beverage selections, explain chef specials and wine pairings as applicable.
• Record orders accurately and communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen and bar.
• Process payments, issue bills, and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards; clear and reset tables during shifts.
• Memorize menu and daily specials; perform any duties requested by management.
