Sugar Land Marriott in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations. You will manage room blocks and stay informed about current rates.

The role requires precise cash handling, familiarity with the Front Office system, and strong communication. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected to support a guest-focused team.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check guests in/out; assist with pre-registration and blocking.
• Post charges accurately and promptly.
• Operate Front Office system for daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and card payments securely.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation/relocation procedures.
