Sugar Land Marriott in Sugar Land, TX seeks a front desk supervisor to oversee staffing, training, and scheduling of front office staff. You will manage MICROS transactions and ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.

Strong customer service, calmness under pressure, and teamwork are essential. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Staff front desk team, interview, hire, supervise, train and schedule front desk agents and PBX operators.
• Operate and manage the MICROS system for daily transactions and reconciliations.
• Greet guests, check them in/out promptly and answer questions with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on guest requests and maintenance needs.
