Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education to ensure every guest receives education and support.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Prepare for store readiness and maintain store operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures and manage daily readiness.
