Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Coach team with feedback and recognition.
• Maintain store readiness throughout shifts.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when on floor.
