Job summary

lululemon Guest Experience Lead is a seasonal, on-site retail role in North Carolina. Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests as needed.
• Assume Supervisor on Duty duties and oversee store readiness.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes for team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team environment.
