Job summary

lululemon Athletica at Eastwood Towne Center is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional in-store service through leadership on the floor and by delivering technical product education tailored to guest needs.

You will work with the store leadership team to meet daily sales targets, participate in hiring and coaching, and ensure an inclusive, energetic guest experience for every guest who visits the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Experience working as part of a store leadership team (SOD) or supervisor duties would help

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and education on products
• Oversee or provide technical product education to meet guest needs
• Assist with store opening/closing and daily operations
• Review daily metrics to drive sales goals and coach the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members to support development
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment and strong teamwork
