Lululemon Athletica in San Francisco's Cow Hollow is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a contracted role through 01/31/2027. The role blends on-floor leadership with technical product education to deliver a premium in-store experience and drive daily sales targets.

You will supervise, train, and coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and serve as Supervisor on Duty. The position requires 1 year of retail or guest experience and the ability to travel to the store as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• High school diploma or equivalent, or above

Responsabilités

• Lead on-floor guest experience and provide technical product education.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding, supervise on duty when needed.
• Review daily metrics and drive sales performance.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Provide coaching and in-the-moment recognition to team members.
