Vision Hospitality Group seeks a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative in Franklin, TN with rotating shifts. You will deliver outstanding service at check-in/check-out, handle guest requests with urgency, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay while upholding brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Confidential handling of financial and guest information.
• Must be responsible for security of guests, staff and hotel assets.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests during check-in/check-out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Operate PBX, PMS, and other hotel systems to support guest needs.
• Provide personalized guest service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist other team members.
