The position supports the ONE TEAM, ONE VISION culture, works with property systems like PBX and PMS, and collaborates with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and guests

Qualifications

• Must be responsible for security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets.
• Able to report to scheduled shifts and communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/check-out with a high standard of service and accuracy.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and courtesy throughout their stay.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems and assist with simple clerical tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Support housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and service quality.
