The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Front Desk Operations, solid communication skills, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive and provides personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer telephone promptly with a smile and direct inquiries
• Manage cash handling and report cash over/shorts to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PII data using proper procedures
• Obtain necessary identification documents and payment forms during check-in/check-out
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
