Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding guest service, handle check-in/check-out, and support day-to-day hotel operations.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a willingness to collaborate with a motivated team. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer and office tasks and be able to assist during peak times.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, personalized service to every guest.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries with urgency and care.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel systems (PBX, key cards, PMS) and office equipment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
