Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth stay.

As the first point of contact, you will respond promptly to guest requests, maintain security of guest information, and uphold brand standards across our Knoxville property. A strong team attitude and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous guest service at a front desk.
• Ability to operate PBX, PMS, and general office equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processing with guests and inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests promptly with urgency and care.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial data.
• Operate hotel systems and manage cash drawer securely.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and service levels.
