Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, process reservations, and manage payments per company guidelines. The role includes maintaining accurate front desk records and ensuring a clean, organized lobby and work area.

The GSR will respond to guest requests, resolve issues through the Make it Right program, and uphold safety and security standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at check-in and check-out, answer phones, and collect payments following company guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process with courteous service.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts accurately and securely.
• Keep front desk, lobby, and guest areas organized and clean per standards.
