Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a warm, welcoming Front Office Agent to be the face of the brand at our Nashville property. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with teams to deliver exceptional hospitality with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates bring guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding Loews standards of guest care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively; stay informed on events and bookings.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
