Soho House Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome members and hotel guests, check them in, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth stay.

You will handle payments, balance cash shifts, know the property layout, and promote amenities and services while maintaining professional, high-energy service in a fast-paced clubhouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar or customer facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for members and guests on arrival and during stay.
• Coordinate with departments for bookings, reservations and amenities.
• Answer emails and inquiries via portals and print/scan documents for guests.
• Communicate hours, policies and changes to staff daily.
• Handle billing inquiries, folios, receipts and refunds.
• Promote amenities, room types, rates, and availability to guests.
• Assist with valet and luggage coordination as needed.
• Participate in daily shift briefings as a team member.
