Job summary

InTown Suites in Atlanta is seeking a Guest Services Representative to efficiently handle front desk functions and guest inquiries. You will assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest issues while ensuring a professional, courteous experience.

When the General Manager is absent, you will support staff, manage banking tasks, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient with computer operating systems and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely, efficient manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and address guest issues.
• Assist the General Manager when they are not present.
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed.
• Monitor safety and security standards and report violations.
• Handle bank deposits in the General Manager’s absence.
• Maintain a clean, neat desk and office area at all times.
