Job summary

InTown Suites Smyrna, TN is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with front office tasks, manage reservations, and provide courteous service. You will check guests in and out, handle guest inquiries, and support the GM and property staff as needed.

The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment. Full-time position with benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient in computer operating systems and basic office software.
• Ability to calculate room revenue, average rate and occupancy percentage.
• Ability to handle cash and balance a cash bank.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
