Job summary

InTown Suites in Atlanta is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, check in/out, and handle front desk operations with courtesy and professionalism. You will assist guests efficiently, resolve issues, and support property staff under the General Manager's guidance.

The role requires strong communication, basic math for cash handling, and proficiency with a computer system. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for coverage across properties.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in computer systems and basic software used at front desk.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Represent hotel in a professional manner and handle guest issues.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with bank deposits in absence of GM.
• Support property staff and ensure safety/compliance.
