Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk. You will handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and address guest questions during the GM's absence.

The role requires strong English communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask while upselling services and maintaining safety and service standards across the front office and related departments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• General computer proficiency and ability to use office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to guest issues professionally and notify the General Manager as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized desk and ensure front office areas are clean.
