Job summary

InTown Suites in Snellville, GA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, and support property staff as needed.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math, and solid computer skills. You’ll communicate clearly in English, provide outstanding customer service, and adapt to busy, sometimes stressful situations while maintaining a clean, welcoming

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, interpret information found in reports and other internal hotel information.
• Read, speak, write and understand the English language to interact with guests and staff.
• General computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations, service standards, and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reservations are taken correctly and courteously.
• Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner; check guests in and out in a timely manner.
• Proficient in computer operations and systems.
• Deal with guest issues professionally and escalate as needed.
• Notify GM or equivalent of any safety, security, or cash concerns.
• Support property staff and maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area.
