Job summary

Intown Suites in Marietta, GA seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk. You will handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest inquiries while supporting staff during shifts without the General Manager.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment. Health benefits and 401k are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Strong English reading/writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and balance a cash bank.
• Able to work long hours, weekends, and adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a courteous, professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Process reservations and room assignments with attention to detail.
• Assist guests with information and requests, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with the General Manager when they are absent to ensure smooth operations.
