Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests at the front desk with courtesy and efficiency. You will handle check-ins/outs, operate front desk systems, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensure safety standards, and help staff with guest-related needs. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret various reports and internal information.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, speaking, writing).
• Strong numerical skills to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a timely, courteous manner.
• Represent hotel professionally to guests and staff.
• Operate front desk systems and procedures efficiently.
• Address guest issues professionally and escalate to GM as needed.
• Monitor safety and security and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain desk and office areas in a clean, organized state.
