Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Atlanta to warmly welcome guests from check-in to checkout.

You will provide information about the resort, offer room rate quotes, handle reservations, and assist guests with inquiries, while processing transactions according to procedures. The role requires professional appearance, fluent English, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures and balance cash receipts.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups and provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
