Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout. You will provide information about the resort, assist with room rate quotes, and help confirm reservations with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit transactions and balance cash receipts.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations and provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
